Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-KY-did not serve.
Senate Asst. Minority Leader Trent Lott, R-MI-avoided draft and did not serve.
Senate Republican Conference Chairman, Jon Kyle, R-AZ-did not serve
Senate Republican Vice Chair John Cronyn, R-TX-did not serve
Nat’l Republican Senatorial Committee Chair, John Ensign, R-NV-did not serve
Speaker of the House John Boehner, R-OH-did not serve
House Minority Whip Roy Blunt, R-MO-did not serve
House Republican Conference chair Adam Putnam, R-FL-did not serve
House Republican Policy Committee Thaddeus McCotter, R-MI-Did not serve

Old men are good at sending young men to die in wars.
